Delete your account

1Request deletion

1. Email admin@sasthotech.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my My Hospital account".
2. Include your full name, your hospital's name, and your account email or phone.
3. We confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity, so no one else can delete your account.
4. We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

2Hospital administrators

• Staff accounts: an administrator can request deletion of accounts belonging to their hospital. Send the request from your hospital's registered administrator email and list the users to remove.
• Immediate sign-out: disabling a user in Sasthotech HMS ends their access to the app right away, while the deletion request is processed.
• Ending the service: when your hospital stops using Sasthotech, an administrator can request an export of hospital data and its deletion afterwards.

3What we delete

• Your My Hospital account access and sign-in credentials
• All sessions, with their IP address and device information
• Push notification tokens and app installation IDs
• Notifications sent to you in the app

4What may be kept, and for how long

• Hospital records you created or worked on, such as bills, payments, attendance or payroll entries, belong to your hospital. They may be kept as long as the hospital must keep financial, tax and medical records. Your name may remain on those records, but they will no longer be connected to an active account.
• Security and audit logs are kept for up to 90 days to protect against fraud and abuse, then deleted.
• Information we are legally required to keep, or need to resolve a dispute.

5Delete some data without deleting your account

• Notifications and device tokens: sign out on that device, or email us to remove all registered devices.
• Anything else: email admin@sasthotech.com with what you want removed. We reply within 30 days.
